Pillows are your friend. Use them for a splash of color and texture. Pillows can definitely add style to a boring room and invite coziness. I love ones with a zipped cover because they wash easier.
2. Throw Blankets
You can easily arrange or gently drape throws on chairs, sofas and baskets to give color and fashion to a room.
3. Wall Art
Show off your taste of style and don't limit yourself to just paintings or drawings. Try art made of wood or metal. Use your imagination. Don't forget to possibly shine a spotlight on a particular piece of artwork too.
4. Rugs
Rugs add luxury and also double as a form of art.
5. House Plants
This is probably one of my favorite items! Plants adds instant relaxation to your space and helps reduce stress.
6. White Towels
Choose fluffy white towels to give a touch of class to any bathroom. They create the feeling of luxury and go with any color decor in your bath area.
7. Vases or Bowls
These little accessories never go out of style and you can create an artful display anywhere in your home.
8. Decorative Tray
A simple tray keeps clutter under control while giving your table an organized and stylish look. I like to switch up the textures of my items. For example, if you have a wooden coffee table, try a tray that's metal or lacquered. I personally love a lacquered one myself.
9. Mirrors
Mirrors instantly look classic and can make small rooms appear bigger. In big spaces, try long mirrors for extra drama and majesty.
10. Coffee Table
Coffee tables help tie your living room together and gives guests a good inviting feeling. Keep it uncluttered and incorporate accents such as pretty coasters, a few books and figurines.
11. Flowers
Don't forget to add plants or simple artificial flowers, such as white peonies to add a sense of warmth and elegance to your home.
